Start small. Work up.

Recently, I was let go from my job due to budget cuts, and thinning out each department. No big deal I suppose. The writing was certainly on the wall, I just didn’t know when.

Looking for what we need, we would have to take out a loan, and I really don’t want to do that if possible. However, buying something smaller, and dragging the van around for minion to sleep in is silly as well. He’s been enjoying staying in the van for the past few weeks since we had visitors for a night. It’s getting colder now, so he’s decided to come back in the house. Being 14, I don’t want him to be able to have run of a place, and come and go as he pleases without being able to hear him.

Looks like we may have to go with a loan.

Or maybe not?

I’ve come across several large motorhomes that could work for a while. They are older, but would suit our needs, even if we had to put him up in the van for the time being.

On the topic of minion, he’s getting excited about the idea! I was watching “Ancient Aliens” as background noise while tending to Miya and it started showing the Miyan pyramids. He said to me that it would be so cool to see those. So I told him that once we decide to get into the RV, it would be possible.

Now, he’s talking about all these places in North America he would love to see, and we should put down on our list of places to visit. Most are where “Ripley’s Believe it or Not” are located, but hey, that’s kids! No matter what, I’d want him to see these places.

We start small, work, and save money. We’ll have what we need in no time.
